Restored original branches + removed public Breakdown link

Two corrections after client feedback. (1) Branch list: the original ask was to add the two new Mind & Movement studios, not replace the existing Orchard Branch (Max Out Fitness, Central Orchard) and Raffles Branch (Raffles Quay). Restored both originals so the site now lists four in-clinic studios plus House Call. (2) Public Breakdown link: a small "Breakdown" link to this changelog page had been injected into the public footer on Pricing, Certifications, and Contact. That link should never have been visible to website visitors. Removed from all three pages. The changelog page itself stays — share the URL directly with the client when needed; it is just no longer linked from the navigation.

The weekend / PH surcharge stays at SGD $50.

All three studio location references were updated site-wide: the Novena branch was retired, and the Orchard and Raffles branches were renamed and re-addressed to the new Mind & Movement studio partnerships. The weekend / public-holiday house-call surcharge (+SGD $50) is now visible on the home FAQ and pricing page alongside the existing weekday +SGD $20 line. A small "Recent site updates" announcement block was removed from the homepage.
