While regular massage focuses on relaxation, a Sports Body Massage is targeted at recovery. We use deep tissue manipulation to break down scar tissue, improve blood circulation, and reduce muscle fatigue, specifically designed for athletes and active individuals.
Bone setting involves High-Velocity Low-Amplitude (HVLA) thrusts. You may hear a 'pop' or 'crack' sound, which is simply gas releasing from the joint. It is generally not painful, but you might feel a sudden pressure. We always warm up the area with soft tissue work first to ensure safety and comfort.
Active Release Technique (ART) is a specialized soft tissue system. It is highly effective for treating problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. If you suffer from conditions like tennis elbow, shin splints, or carpal tunnel, ART can provide significant relief by restoring proper function to the soft tissues.
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. For lower body treatments, shorts are ideal. For upper body treatments, a tank top or sports bra (for ladies) allows us to access the necessary muscle groups easily.
Yes! We understand that mobility can be an issue when you are in pain. We offer house call services across Singapore for an additional fee: +SGD $25 (weekday) or +SGD $50 (weekend & PH). You can select the "House Call" option in our booking form or contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a slot.
